This wine was made from Shiraz, Cabernet and Merlot grapes grown on our own Nindethana Vineyards situated at McLaren Flat, South Australia.

The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness at approx. 13.5 deg Beaume at 5am. To avoid the heat of the day. The grapes were fermented on skins to 2 deg. Be.
